Pastor Ron York
Pastor Ron became our Pastor September 4, 2016, after serving as our part time Pastor for a year. He is in his office on Fridays and Saturdays (8:00 am - 5:00 pm). He is available by cell phone any time (520-404-4190). Pastor Ron received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Arizona. After a career in the insurance and legal industries, he was called into the holy ministry through the Specific Ministry Pastor (SMP) Program through Concordia Seminary at St. Louis. He served as Vicar at Abundant Life Lutheran Church, a mission outreach program through Ascension Lutheran Church in northwest Tucson.
After graduation from Concordia, St. Louis, Pastor Ron became Pastor of Outreach at Ascension Lutheran. Through that outreach ministry work at Ascension, he has embraced the vibrant opportunity to become the Pastor at Peace in the Valley Lutheran Church, Benson AZ. He views his work here as a significant mission outpost to not only the immediate Benson area, but to all of Cochise County.
Pastor Ron is married to Isabel York, and they have a beautiful daughter Brianna and a son-in-law, Brent and recently became a grandfather. His recreational passions are following the University of Arizona sports teams and flying.
Church Secretary
Nadine (Dee) Bujalski is the "hub of our administrative wheel". She splits her time between working in the Church office and working from home. Please call the office (520-586-3171) to ensure she is on-site before you stop by. She works on various administrative tasks for the PITV church and congregation.
Felicia Brown, Organist
Felicia Brown is our talented organist. She is a busy mom but takes time to serve us for our Sunday worship service as well as special Lenten and Advent Services, and other special occasions. She and her husband have four boys and one girl.
